Shipping Charges
- Orders Above €50
- Free Shipping: Orders exceeding €50 are eligible for free shipping, regardless of the destination country.
- Special Charges for Rice and Flour (Atta):
- For every 10kg of rice or flour, a shipping fee of €2.50 applies, regardless of the order value or the destination.
- Orders Below €50
- For orders under €50, the following shipping charges apply:
- Within the Netherlands: €5
- Belgium: €6,54
- Germany: €7,14
- France: €10,44
- For orders under €50, the following shipping charges apply:
Shipping Partners
We partner with PostNL and DPD to ensure your orders are delivered.
Note : PostNL or DPD do not call customers before delivery. The order can be tracked only via tracking link sent on your email.
Delivery Times
- Within the Netherlands:
- Orders placed between Monday and Friday are delivered within 1-2 business days.
- Belgium, Germany, and France:
- Delivery times vary based on location and typically range from 3-5 business days.
Order Processing
- Orders placed after 3:30 PM on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.
- We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.
Additional Information
- You will receive a tracking number on your email once your order is shipped to monitor its progress.
- Please ensure accurate address and email details to avoid delays or delivery issues.
- Fresh and perishable items like fruits, vegetables, dosa batter or paneer cannot be shipped outside Netherlands as it might get spoilt during transit.
- Failed Delivery & Pickup Point Redirection
If the delivery person cannot deliver your order due to reasons such as (but not limited to) customer unavailability or a non-functional doorbell, your order will be redirected to a designated pickup point. The pickup location details will be updated on your tracking link for easy retrieval. - Pickup Deadline & Returns
If the order is not collected within 10 days, it will be returned to us. - Redelivery & Charges
If you wish to have your package resent, redelivery charges will apply. - Cancellation of Returned Orders
If you choose to cancel a returned order, the refund will be processed after deducting the amount for perishable items (like fresh vegetables, fruits, paneer or dosa batter), shipping and packaging fees.
