- Natural Variations: Fresh produce may naturally have minor surface blemishes, small black marks, or skin imperfections. These are aesthetic in nature, do not affect the internal quality or safety of the vegetable, and are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
- Transit Impact: Due to the nature of courier transit in the Netherlands, items may experience minor bruising or ripening during the 24-48 hour delivery window. This is a standard risk of shipping fresh items online.
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only considered if:
- The delivery is delayed beyond 2 days (48 hours) from the date of dispatch.
- The item is structurally rotten/unfit for consumption upon arrival (not just cosmetically marked).
- Reporting Window: Claims must be sent to contact@littleindiastore.nl within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. Claims made after this 24-hour window or without photographic evidence will not be processed.
