Disclaimer for Fresh Items
*We do not guarantee the quality of inside of the mangoes after cutting.
We take utmost care to hand-pick and pack only high-quality products. However, fresh vegetables/fruits are ‘living’ products. By placing an order, you acknowledge the following:
- Natural Variations: Fresh produce may naturally have minor surface blemishes, small black marks, or skin imperfections. These are aesthetic in nature, do not affect the internal quality or safety of the vegetable/ fruits, and are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
- Transit Impact: Due to the nature of courier transit in the Netherlands, items may experience minor bruising or ripening during the 24-48 hour delivery window. This is a standard risk of shipping fresh items online.
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only considered if:
- The delivery is delayed beyond 2 days (48 hours) from the date of dispatch.
- The item is structurally rotten/unfit for consumption upon arrival (not just cosmetically marked).
- Reporting Window: Claims must be sent to contact@littleindiastore.nl within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. Claims made after this 24-hour window or without photographic evidence will not be processed.
By proceeding with your purchase, you accept that fresh items are non-returnable and non-refundable except under the specific delay conditions mentioned above.
