Ripening Process: We strive to select and ship mangoes at a optimally hard, green stage. However, mangoes are living produce and the ripening process continues. Factors during transit (like temperature) can accelerate this process, which is beyond our direct control.

Return Policy: Due to the perishable nature of fresh produce and because the internal state can only be assessed by cutting, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds based on the internal ripeness, taste, or texture revealed after cutting.

- Transit Impact: Due to the nature of courier transit in the Netherlands, items may experience minor bruising or ripening during the 24-48 hour delivery window. This is a standard risk of shipping fresh items online.
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only considered if:
- The delivery is delayed beyond 2 days (48 hours) from the date of dispatch.
- The item is structurally rotten/unfit for consumption upon arrival (not just cosmetically marked).
- Reporting Window: Claims must be sent to contact@littleindiastore.nl within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. Claims made after this 24-hour window or without photographic evidence will not be processed.
