  • To help us verify the issue, please provide proof by sending a photo of the product to our email.
  • This step allows us to process your refund or return swiftly and efficiently.

3. Return Procedure

  • If a return is necessary, you will need to create a return label via PostNL or DPD and send the product back to us.
  • Ensure you notify us and confirm the return within the 1-day notification window.
  • Important: All returned products must be unopened and in their original condition and packaging.

4. Approval and Refund Processing

  • Once your return is approved, we will process your refund within 2 business days.
  • The refunded amount will typically reflect in your bank account within 5-6 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.

5. Condition of Returned Items

  • Only items in their original condition and packaging will be eligible for a refund.
  • Please ensure the product is returned securely to avoid further damage.
