Refund Policy for Damaged or Incorrect Products
At Little India, we strive to ensure that your shopping experience is seamless. If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, we are here to assist you. Please follow the steps outlined below to process your return or refund:
1. Notification
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us via phone or email (details can be found in our Contact section) within 1 day of receiving your order.
- Timely notification ensures we can address the issue promptly.
2. Proof of Damage or Incorrect Product
- To help us verify the issue, please provide proof by sending a photo of the product to our email.
- This step allows us to process your refund or return swiftly and efficiently.
3. Return Procedure
- If a return is necessary, you will need to create a return label via PostNL or DPD and send the product back to us.
- Ensure to notify us and confirm the return within the 1-day notification window.
- Important: All returned products must be unopened and in their original condition and packaging.
- NOTE : Fresh Vegetables & Fruits are non-refundable.
Note : If a customer cancels an order after the order has been dispatched, for reasons deemed unreasonable, any applicable delivery charges and packaging costs incurred will be deducted from the order refund amount.

4. Approval and Refund Processing
