- Free Shipping: Orders exceeding €50 are eligible for free shipping, regardless of the destination country.
- Special Charges for Rice and Flour (Atta):
- For every 10kg of rice or flour, a shipping fee of €2.50 applies, regardless of the order value or the destination.
- Orders Below €50
- For orders under €50, the following shipping charges apply:
- Within the Netherlands: €5
- Belgium: €6,54
- Germany: €7,14
- France: €10,44
- For orders under €50, the following shipping charges apply:
Shipping Partners
We partner with PostNL and DPD to ensure your orders are delivered promptly and securely.
Delivery Times
- Within the Netherlands:
- Orders placed between Monday and Friday are delivered within 1-2 business days.
- Belgium, Germany, and France:
- Delivery times vary based on location and typically range from 3-5 business days.
Order Processing
- Orders placed after 5 PM on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.
- We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.
Additional Information
- You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped to monitor its progress.
- Please ensure accurate address details to avoid delays or delivery issues.
- Fresh and perishable items like fruits, vegetables, dosa batter or paneer cannot be shipped outside Netherlands as it might get spoilt during transit.
